Note: We do not offer emergency repairs. If you need immediate help, visit your county’s website or dial 2-1-1 for United Way resources. Due to high application volume, it may take 2–6 months before selected applicants receive repairs.

Eligibility Requirements

Residency

Live in one of our service counties.

Homeownership

Own the home
where you live.

Single Property

You do not own any other residential property.

Income Limits

Your household income is at or below 120% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Mortgage & Taxes

You must be up to date on your mortgage payments and property taxes.

Documentation Needed

Proof of

Driver’s license or Florida ID (for everyone 18+)

Dependents

(If Applicable) Birth certificate, guardianship letter, or adoption papers

Proof of
Income

Paystubs, pension /
retirement
documents, and
social security letters

Proof of Homeownership

Recent mortgage statement, utility bill, property tax statement, or other legal documents verifying ownership

How It Works

Review Eligibility

Make sure you meet the requirements listed above before applying.

Submit an Application

Complete our online form (may take up to one hour). You’ll also upload any required documents and do a brief self-assessment of your home’s condition.

Intake Call

We’ll contact you to confirm details and request any missing paperwork.

Home Assessment

Once documentation is received, we’ll schedule a visit to conduct a Safe & Healthy Home inspection.

Approval

Our team reviews your application and assessment. You’ll be notified if your home is approved for repairs.

Repairs Begin

You’ll sign an agreement outlining the scope of work—then construction starts!
