Yesterday, our RTGFL team came together for an in-person Salesforce meeting focused on collaboration, learning, and continuous improvement. The day was filled with brainstorming new ideas, tackling challenges, sharing knowledge, and, of course, asking, “Can you share your screen?” more than a few times.

As we continue to grow as an organization, meetings like these provide valuable opportunities to strengthen our skills, streamline our processes, and explore new ways to better serve the homeowners and communities that rely on us. Whether we were discussing solutions, learning new features, or finding ways to work more efficiently, every conversation helped move us closer to our goal of creating a greater impact.
