Jessica Casucci is a Managing Director with BDO USA’s Tax Practice and is the Florida Market leader focused on the Asset Management Industry. Jessica has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting, the majority of which was spent serving large private equity, real estate and venture capital firms, with a focus on global compliance and reporting, tax planning and process improvement and digital transformation.

A former Principal at a Big 4 Accounting Firm, she took well deserved time off, and then founded Mt. Olympus Performance Group, providing executive coaching for high performing women. In addition to that, she was the host of Boldly Spoken, a podcast highlighting stories of women doing bold, brave and bad*ss things, which ran for over 50 episodes prior to going on pause, to support one of her oldest friends and another family member diagnosed with cancer.

Following a mini sabbatical in Sicily, she decided to return to Florida and now resides happily in Ballast Point with her partner Dan, and her three rescue furbabies: Finn, Nyx and Seamus.

Jessica was raised in the Bronx by her great-grandparents and was the first person in her family to graduate high school and founded a scholarship at her elementary school providing tuition for one student a year so that they can be blessed with the opportunities she has been. She credits her work ethic to her great -grandfather, Alfonse, who worked every day to make sure her seven-member family always had everything they needed and keeps a picture of him on her desk every day to remind her that there is nothing in life a little hard work, patience and faith can’t fix.

In her downtime, she’s passionate about travel, yoga, volunteering, and education, and has served on the board of directors for several charities helping victims of domestic violence, human trafficking and veteran’s dealing with PTSD and other post- service challenges. She’s currently been to 5 of 7 continents and 40 of 50 states, with a goal of hitting all 50 soon, and also maintains a home outside of Athens, Greece.

Jessica attended Boston University School of Management followed by New York University of Law School and graduated with honors in 1996 and 2000 respectively.
